Commenting on other blogs.
This task was one of the tasks of the Student Blogging
Challenge, week 2 by Edublogs.
So, I visited a few blogs of the other participants of the
challenge and dropped them some comments, following the commenting guidelines
as one should.
And I realised, in case one, I ended up writing a comment in
order to inform the blogger that I shared a similar interest and also telling
her about a resource I’d recently found which caters to that kind of interest.
I tried to keep it relevant and ended with a question I had
on my mind relating to it.

Hey Enija!
This is Mahikaa from India.
I really love Rome too. Its culture, history and architecture fascinate me. I have little knowledge about its mythology but I hope to know more.
In case you're looking for something engaging concerning Rome, I recently found a free course on Future Learn about it. I signed up for it to finally learn more about it.
I hope it helps you too!
Also, what do you like about Rome?
Let me know.
Stay safe! Peace!

In case two, I commented because the blog post was about
Greek ancestry and it intrigued me. I also mentioned why it was so and tried
not to get too carried away with my thoughts.
Hey Garbrielle!
You have Greek ancestry? That is so cool! I have always been
interested in learning about the Greek culture and history and, being a person
among your blog audience, the fact is awesome!
I too have an interesting ancestry. I live in India and my
grandparents had been residents of India at the time when the country of
Pakistan was still a part of it. Till date, they have a lot of incidents to
share about their experience, the horrors of the partition, the aftermath, etc.
Once again, it's great to know!
Peace!
In case three, I commented on the blog post because I found it resourceful and wished to thank the writer for it. I also mentioned how it would turn out beneficial for me.

Hey! This is Mahikaa, a
participant of the student blogging challenge. This is an amazing compilation
Gabrielle! I started learning German last year around this time and have
finished the A1 and a quarter of A2 levels at present but amid the corona virus
crisis, my classes are shut. I’m sure this post is my next go-to resource all
this time we’re at home!
Once again, it’s great!
Once again, it’s great!
As it might be evident, all the three comments that I have
included in this post were written because after reading the respective blog
posts, I felt a need to communicate with the writer of the blog post for
various reasons. Be it expressing gratitude, a reminder of how helpful the post
was, or a shared interest, it resulted in communication.
This communication is a very important element of blogging. And
as long as we’re doing it right, we’re good! *Insert thumbs up emoji*
